Store Policy: No refunds. Exchange or store credit only within 7 days of purchase date with receipt. All exchanges must be in original condition, unused, unsealed and in original packaging. No returns or exchanges on wigs, buns, drawstring ponytail, jewelry, cosmetics or lingerie. Electrical items purchased after 7 days are covered by manufacturer warranty. Defective items can be exchanged only within 7 days of purchase date. Management has the right to refuse any returned items.
